Mix Narsharab sauce with soy sauce, olive oil, sliced chili and thyme leaves. Pour this marinade on pre-cuted into portions salmon. Cover with a film and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put salmon slices on it. Bake for 7-10 minutes.

Boil the remaining marinade in the saucepan. Pour the warm marinade ton the ready fish and serve the dish.
