The brand "Encona" was founded in 1946 in the UK.

The first hot pepper sauce under the brand "Encona" was released in 1975 and since then the company has only developed this direction. To date, the brand's portfolio contains 18 types of sauces from all over the world: Caribbean, African, Texan, Jamaican, Thai, Indian and others.

Encona sauces are versatile.
