Description

Chili is a traditional sauce of Mexican cuisine, the main ingredient of which is hot chili pepper. Chili is native to tropical America. As evidenced by finds in the Peruvian valleys, it was cultivated here long before the arrival of Europeans in America. The Spaniards and Portuguese, who discovered these spices for Europeans during their voyages, called it "Indian".
Goes well with chili and lime juice. Lime is the older and more "wild" brother of lemon. Chili sauce is used mainly in Mexican and Spanish cuisines.
We consider the combination of chili with the taste of lime to be one of the best.
