Description

Barbados Hot Pepper Sauce brings a taste of the Caribbean to your table. The sauce is based on the Habanero pepper variety, which gives it a pleasant fruity-citrus note. Mustard, turmeric and curry infuse the sauce with a spicy flavor, while honey provides a touch of sweetness.

The pungency of the sauce appears immediately, but does not last long. An excellent use of the sauce for fish, meat, rice dishes. Cook marinades and dressings with it.
